We offer our customers weekly departures to all seaports and car turnstiles in South East Asia.
The voyage takes about 35-38 days.
The following documents are required for export clearance and shipment:
- Copy of commercial invoice
- Copy copy of the vehicle documents (car letter, COC, EC certificate of conformity)
- If necessary. Export notification from the domestic market
- EORI no., VAT ID for commercial exporter
We, theauctions.auction . The vehicles are brought to our warehouse in Bremerhaven by means of collective transporters. Upon request, we also offer individual transport or closed transports.
Arriving at the warehouse, the vehicles are received by our staff, checked for damage and finally stored. Our customers will then receive pictures and a written report on the receipt and condition of new and used cars.
Upon request, we neutralize the customer vehicles: removal of advertising, stickers and flyers.
Just write us an email with the vehicle data and documents, we will then share all the important information such as booking and shipping data.
Most new and used vehicles in the direction of Asia are shipped in containers. Of course, you can also hire us with a Roro shipping.
Just send us a copy, we’ll take care of the rest. Based on the agreements from the letter of credit we plan and carry out our work in detail and on time: forward, container loading, shipping, document delivery. We prepare the sea freight documents or the Bill of Lading on the basis of the documentary credit and send them after approval by you by courier.
