The export declaration is essential and the core of an export from Mexico. It takes about 6-8 weeks before the container can finally be loaded onto the ship to Bremerhaven together with the vehicles. It includes among others:
- Notarial verification of commercial documents and registration
- Deregistration at the Tourist Office
- Proof of the current owner for the payment of Tenencia (Tenure Tax) – possibly vehicle tax arrears
- PECA-payment
- Customs declaration, execution of official instructions

You will receive an Advice from us before arrival with all necessary instructions. After arrival at the ship our specialists unload the containers. You receive pictures of the discharge. After verification, we hand over the customs declaration for the purpose of import customs clearance. If the vehicle was handed over by customs, the vehicle is ready for pickup.
The ZUB (clearance certificate) made by the customs office, you will receive including vehicle documents from us by courier.
