Step 1
Find Your Perfect Car
Browse your favorite used car site and choose the car that suits you. You can purchase from any seller on any marketplace, and our services are available across all 50 states.
Inform your seller that you’d like to complete the payment online and request them to list their vehicle on The Auction platform. We’ll verify their ownership to ensure you receive a clear title, even if the vehicle has an outstanding loan.
Step 2
Make your payment online and either pick up your car or let us handle the shipping for you.
Skip the hassle of meeting at a bank or carrying large amounts of cash. Make your payment instantly via ACH or wire bank transfer. We’ll also provide you with a temporary permit, allowing you to drive legally while your title is on its way in the mail.
Step 3
After the transaction is completed and payment is confirmed, the buyer will receive an email with full details about the shipping process. Delivery may take up to 15 working days, depending on the distance.
Insurance: All items are fully insured during shipping, covering damage, loss, theft, and other potential issues.
Step 4
Upon delivery, as part of the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee Policy, a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) will be conducted by an International Auction technical inspector. This inspection documents the vehicle’s condition at the time of delivery and serves as an important record in case the vehicle needs to be returned. The majority of the vehicles we sell are stored in our facilities, where they are thoroughly inspected and processed. We guarantee the accuracy of their condition and status.
Step 5
Under the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee Policy, once the buyer confirms satisfaction and accepts the item, International Auction releases payment to the seller, completing the transaction.
If the buyer wishes to return the item after the program period ends, they must contact us to initiate the process. International Auction will automatically begin the refund process, which takes 24 hours, and arrange for the shipping to be reversed.

Payment Holding:
Funds are held securely by International Auction until:- The vehicle is delivered to the buyer.

Seller Payment:
Sellers are paid only after the buyer has accepted the vehicle and is satisfied with the purchase. This ensures fairness and transparency in all transactions. -
Refunds:
- If the vehicle is not delivered within 15 days of dispatch, the buyer will receive a full refund, initiated within 24 hours.
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer and may take a few additional days to reflect, depending on the bank.

In cases where the buyer is dissatisfied:- Complaints must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The seller is paid only after the complaint is resolved to the buyer’s satisfaction.

The buyer must sign the Bill of Sale, after which payment instructions will be provided.
Once the Bill of Sale is signed, detailed payment instructions will be shared, including account information and an invoice outlining transaction details and further steps to complete the payment.

Shipping and Inspection Guidelines
The Auction offers assistance with shipping services; however, as per our Selling Policy, shipping fees are the Seller’s responsibility and will be deducted from the selling price.
Important Note:
In accordance with The Auction’s Terms and Policy for online transactions:
- Once a customer submits a transaction request and it is approved, the Shipping Department automatically begins preparing the item for shipment.
- The system schedules transactions and shipments, prompting the Shipping Department to prepare the necessary paperwork.
- The item is loaded onto a Flatbed Trailer with other items scheduled for shipment and transported to the nearest warehouse equipped for shipping preparation.
As a result of these automated processes, the item becomes unavailable for inspection once shipping preparation begins.
